Established in November 2014, Vale Planning Consultants was set up to provide a wide range of planning advice and assistance to developers, local businesses, communities, and individuals across the East Midlands.

 

Helen has worked extensively in the private sector, having originally worked for a Planning Consultancy from 2002, following her Graduation from The University of Sheffield with a degree and diploma in Town & Country Planning.  Subsequently, Helen worked for a major UK housebuilder from 2006 unitl 2014, delivering a range of planning solutions to provide much-needed residential development.

 

Having worked for so many years within the East Midlands region, Helen has built strong working relationships with many Local Planning Authorities and will work hard to provide appropriate planning strategies for all projects, whether major proposals, or small scale extensions.or changes of use.
